If you have been asked for a basic level 1 or 2 historic building survey before minor alterations, a more comprehensive level 3 or 4, or a heritage statement in advance of applying for planning permission, conservation area or listed building consent, our professional staff will produce a high-quality report to fulfil your planning requirements.

Listed building or conservation area consent can require a different approach to that required for a non-designated building, so we will make sure that the level of assessment and type of report is tailored to your needs.
