Community Engagement
Our team at Albion Archaeology is committed to outreach work, and believe that the local community should be involved with our findings wherever we carry out work.
We regularly collaborate with Bedford Museum, local archaeological and history societies, schools and colleges to organise public events, talks and exhibitions. On a number of projects, we are able to hold open days for the public to come along and see what has been found, and sometimes to get involved in excavations for themselves. Please see our Events page for our upcoming programme of events.
Where it is not possible to hold an on-site open day, it may be possible to arrange a presentation about our excavations to be held in the evening. If you are a member of a local society or group and would like us to talk to your group please contact us.
