Grey Literature

Grey literature is the term given to the unpublished reports that make up the majority of archaeological site reports. They are the versions provided to local planning authorities in order to discharge the associated planning condition. Most Albion reports are eventually added to the OASIS library, and can be accessed via the Archaeological Data Service - though usually not until the planning condition has been fully discharged.
